Orders placed through OrderThai.ca are subject to item availability, delivery area validation, and restaurant acceptance.

Prices are listed in CAD. Taxes and delivery fees are calculated before payment. Payment is processed by Square hosted checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details. The restaurant may contact customers to clarify an order or delivery instruction.

The restaurant may cancel or refund orders that cannot be fulfilled because of unavailable items, service area issues, payment problems, or operational closures.

Refunds and cancellations

Contact the restaurant as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed or cancelled. Cancellations may not be possible after food preparation has started.

Refunds may be issued for duplicate payments, cancelled orders, unavailable items, or fulfillment problems confirmed by staff.

Approved refunds are processed through Square and may take several business days to appear depending on the customer payment method.

For order questions, provide the OrderThai order number shown on the confirmation page or customer receipt.
