Lemongrass Pork

Bake from thawed until browned and hot throughout.

  1. Thaw in the fridge before cooking.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  3. Place pork on a foil-lined tray.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Flip and bake another 7-10 minutes, until nicely browned and hot throughout.

Thai Grilled Chicken

Bake, brush with pan juices, then finish until the skin browns.

  1. Thaw in the fridge before cooking.
  2. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  3. Place chicken on a foil-lined tray.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  5. Brush the skin with pan juices.
  6. Bake another 10-15 minutes, until skin is browned and the thickest part reaches 175°F.
  7. Rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Chiang Mai Style Sausage

Air fry from frozen, then slice after resting.

  1. Place frozen sausage in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook at 360°F for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Flip and cook another 5 minutes, until the sausage reaches 160°F.
  4. Cool briefly before slicing.

Reheat in two short microwave rounds, stirring in between.

  1. Open the lid and place food in a microwave-safe dish.
  2. Cover with a microwave-safe lid.
  3. Microwave on medium heat for 4 minutes.
  4. Stir noodles, then microwave another 4 minutes until evenly heated.
  5. Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.

Pad Kaprao

Microwave for speed, or finish in a pan for better texture.

  1. Microwave: open the lid and use a microwave-safe cover.
  2. Microwave on medium heat for 4-6 minutes, until hot throughout.
  3. Pan: thaw first, then add a little oil to a pan.
  4. Reheat over medium-low heat, stirring until evenly hot.
